Some of us will be celebrating Thanksgiving this week, and I would like to invite you to reflect upon your life and yourself for just a moment… What are you grateful for? What makes you smile? What makes your heart beat faster? What makes you feel empowered? What makes you feel truly happy?

This is a general invitation so it doesn’t matter how hard or easy your life may be at this moment. My invitation is for you to stop everything you are doing for just one moment, take a deep breath and reflect upon everything you HAVE and feel grateful for. Let me say this again… Focus on what you have, not on what you don’t.

Everyone desires to grow, and somehow contribute to the world. But we tend to think small, focus on what not’s, and make a ton of excuses about the million reasons why we cannot achieve our goals. We put so much energy into the undesirable that we forget to be thankful for what we have.

You may even be thinking you have nothing, so let’s think together for a moment… If you have a roof over your head, you are more privileged than a large percentage of the world. Have food on the table? Wow, how blessed you are… Healthy? Some are literally dying to have what you have right now so don’t take it for granted… Oh, I see… Here is one more… Do you have loved ones or even strangers caring for you, helping you walk your path, coming out of the blue sometimes? Yes? Yes? Yes? What else do you keep forgetting you already have?

Here is when magic happens… Once you start focusing on what you have, you will start getting more of that. Once you start focusing on what is possible, you will start untangling what once felt like it was impossible to achieve. How is your quantum energy vibrating lately and what is it bringing back to you?

Love unconditionally, give without expecting anything in return, be thankful for the lessons (even the hard ones), and welcome yourself into the world of possibilities that is unfolding right in front of you. If an opportunity knocks, hurry up and OPEN THAT DOOR!!!

Here is my request for you this week. Practice gratitude, practice being and feeling thankful. Create a list and put it somewhere visible, list everything you have, including the air you breathe, sunlight, clothing to wear, friends…

Here is a sample you can have to create your own:

Open your heart to start receiving, and you will start unlocking doors you never thought you had keys to open before.

You are outstanding so make this an outstanding Thanksgiving!
