What are resources? Resources are those things, actions and qualities we can draw upon for aid in times of need.

Resourcing in a somatic process, uses felt senses to restore a person to a calm and balanced state of being. Resourcing is also a powerful tool, full of activities that can help you relax, focus, or distress.

Some people use knitting, drawing, going for a walk, going for a drive, playing Sudoku, singing, exercising, taking a bath (with scented oils and candles), reading, writing poetry, people watching, doing crosswords, walking on the beach…

Write down at least 6 activities that are resourcing to you and have them handy to use whenever you need a power boost!
