Keep going and don’t run yourself over!


We all want to get “there” (wherever your “there” may be) and I believe we don’t want to get “there” broken and looking like we’ve been ran by a truck!!!

I’ve always been an over-achiever, and thanks to that, I got hurt, I injured my body for over doing exercises and pushing myself beyond my limits, I burnt myself out for over working, over doing this and over doing that…

It’s been a while that I am setting milestones and trusting the steps I am taking to reach them, knowing that no matter what, if I don’t stagnate and keep moving forward, I will get there, healthy, happy and fully accomplished.

Ever since then, I started baby stepping and then jogging towards my goals. I may even speed race a bit sometimes, but no longer to the point I will break.

I don’t want to break during the process anymore, today I am pro “steady going” and “don’t overs”! Balance, (not leveling as balance is not about making everything even) in life is key, and believe me or not, I had never accomplished this much when I was desperate to keep my over-achiever status up.
